I still see pet stains even after I asked for the extra cleaning on spots- I was told we didn't need it. I also paid for the "Fresh smell" and I can still smell urine. Also, I got a spot of carpet wet today and wiped it up and the carpet was dirty!

This time was best in quite a while. Polite, thorough, careful, neat and accommodating technician. Especially liked that the carpet was not left as wet as it has been previously. His use of a fan while he gathered his supplies, loaded, executed my ticket, etc., may have given the drying process a head start. This tech was more deliberate, not in a rush, very thorough - in contrast to a few of the ones in the past. End result seems to be a cleaner, fluffier look than the last time or two and it was really more dingy looking than usual when he started.

I love how your cleaning method is so clean and gets out new dirt and old residue from my carpets as well. I also like how little water you leave in my cleaned carpets. My husband and I are both elderly and have balance problems, so we can slip and fall more easily than we did when we were younger. Our freshly cleaned carpets by Zerorez aren't slippery and we don't have to worry about slipping and falling on them when they're still wet. However, you never leave them wet. They're just slightly damp and not slippery at all.

We also have liked the two young men who came to do our two cleanings. They were polite, knowledgeable about your product and very helpful, prompt and did an excellent cleaning job.

They also were prompt and called us before they came so we could be ready for them.

Finally, we appreciate your very fair, affordable price for the carpet cleaning.

Show up in the time frame quoted. Bring enough help to manage a large home or take the time to protect the home from damage. Don’t change the quote during the service and don’t upsell the tile cleaning.

Zerorez came out and did our carpet..we was a little disappointed, they still looked a little dirty and it took 2 days to dry...I called spoke with Ron and explained the error to him...He came out the next day and did a redue. He did a very good job and was eager to fix the problem.

I was a little underwhelmed with the whole experience. The tech was super quiet. I pointed out some stains and he really didn't say much. He worked quickly but did not move one piece of furniture to clean under anything which i didn't realize until my husband pointed it out. In all my previous cleanings with other companies they move the couch, coffee table, chairs and clean under them - but he didn't move a single thing. I'm concerned that a few of the spots I pointed out are still there after the carpets dried. Not sure I would use the service again...

I love the "no chemical" method of cleaning. Keeping additional chemicals out of my carpet is a huge plus, and the process didn't tear up the fibers of my carpet.

Our technician did a wonderful job. He was prompt, extremely courteous and removed all of the stains on our carpet.
