Non chemical, clean smelling, deep cleaning
Carpets always look great and no residue is left to attract dirt!
I was very happy with the carpet cleaning and the technician, Todd. Not so happy with the kitchen tile cleaning. I asked before Todd left if grout would get lighter, and was told it would after drying. It didn’t and I can’t tell any difference between it and the other half of untreated tile.
Well done.....courteous cleaner and job was well done. A little pricey in my mind but we would definitely use you all again.....
I love how quickly our carpets dry, after being cleaned by Zerorez.
Of course, having our carpets look new is great too!
Initial quote was not taken correctly
Scheduling was messed up to the point of having the whole day a mess. The tech less time to clean the carpets of two rooms than it took me to vacuum them. When doing the third room I was told that if he did the special treatment for a lot of money, on the three spots that were made when i used the Spotbot that the would not surface again, then he sprayed some kind of sealer on it, The whole time he was in this room he was on a personal phone call. The next morning I had Two HUGE brown spots in the middle of the room. One room still had a black spot about 8" into the room that I easilly removed with a bit of soap and water. For some reason the cleaning seemed to bring to the surface more spots than were visible before. When he left, he had forgotten to take some of hit equipment with him, I took it out to him, and five minutes later he rang the door bell as he had left his personal phone in the last room. I also had two puddles of water in front of the two bedroom doors on the hardwood that he had not wiped up Water had been dripped in several places on the hardwood and when they dried they turned white and I had to take wood cleaner to them. I Just was not as happy with this cleaning that i was in the past. Yes they are coming back to clean the big brown spots, and I am having to give up a second day which is very inconvenient. He also kept insisting that I buy new filters for my air purifier (that I bought from Zerorez), and I told him three different times that I could not do it right now as I bought the extra spot cleaning and would have to replace them when I had the furnace coils cleaned in a couple of months, he said three different times that he could get them right now cause he had them right on his phone, he was very insistent about doing it now. This just was not the best experience that I have had with this company.

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable
I was able to schedule my cleaning job very quickly and the only thing that was a problem---not a big problem---was it was late in the day at the time I was preparing dinner for the family.
The carpet came out looking really great. The technician did an excellent job and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning services.

I had to do all the work. You should pay ME. This guy was so incredibly lazy standing there watching ME move everything! I'm 5'2" 120 pounds and 70 years old. But not a drop of help from this guy. I understood that he might not move big things like the bed because he might hurt him's widdle self, but he wouldn't even move the DOG BEDS! He's too overweight to be doing this. And the worst of all is....at the end he used the bathroom and PEED ALL OVER MY BATHROOM FLOOR. So disgusting! I hope you fire this guy. And I will probably not ever use Zerorez again.
Tom our technician was outstanding. He was unbelievably thorough and my family and I were amazed at the difference in the couches and the carpets. Tom was the best, very friendly and like I said before thorough.

The price was way too high for what was done - running a machine over the tile and the carpet. A small hallway cost more than a bedroom and it was perhaps a fourth the size. I think $1.25 per square foot is high for the use of a machine on the tile. The last time you came, the tech used a brush by hand on our bathroom tile and it was much cleaner. I won't be calling you again without checking other prices with other companies, especially for the tile cleaning.
The techs were very nice and they did work extra hard on some traffic areas of carpet - not their bad at all. They did what they are trained to do.
