Product with top of the line and left no residue! The Tech was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner! Zerorez is my company in the future!!!

The young came when the company said he would. He was clean and polite, and did an excellent job of getting out some really dirty spots. However, there's an area just outside the master bathroom that may need a redo, it just looks slightly dirty. The house is on the market right now, and if it sells without a complaint from a buyer.we'll call it good, but if we need to clean it again, i'll call you within the 30 day window.

Tech was on time, and professional. They spray the carpet with a solution then they clean it after. The main major spots I was worried wouldn't come off were gone after he was done, even the tiny harden pieces of playdough I couldn't get by hand were gone. My carpet was a clean as it could be, old carpet still, but clean. I was just suprised it didn't have a 'soft' fluffy feeling afterwards but i guess that comes with the territory when you have an old carpet. So Yes I would try Zerorez again if needed.

The carpet is so fresh looking and has a soft feel. The technician was very professional.
