Didn’t get out all of the pet stains. Worked on some, but not all of them.

Had my carpet cleaned even mentioned the pet urine spots, well that wasn't done had to come back out and do that then that wasn't even taken care of its as if you just masked the smell so I'm not happy and won't be using you all again.... The first time I used you all a year ago for my apartment the service was better

Rep arrived promptly, introduced himself and began work immediately. Excellent Customer Service! Cleaned up wet areas immediately afterwards. The three room for $99 advertised are smaller rooms, therefore if you have a larger room, this will count as two.

I like that there is no smell and no soaps used in your formula. Oftentimes our kids would be sick after getting our carpet cleaned and with Zerorez no such problems. And the stains stay cleaned and don’t come back!!

After using several other carpet cleaning companies to clean my white carpet I tried Zerorez. They did such a superior job and my carpets looked sparkling clean and white, not grey or yellow. I have now used Zerorez several times and will not go back to those other guys.

Eric is a nice young gentleman and did a good job. After inspecting our air ducts, he recommended not cleaning them. Instead, he only cleaned the air handler fan, saving us money.

The technician is excellent and knows his job thoroughly. He explained the cleaning process very well and we are amazed at the results.
