Carpet is still wet 32 hours later and stains were not removed from carpet
The carpet cleaning service did s good job cleaning all the soiled dirty areas of our carpet. It was convenient that we did not have to wait until it was completely dry to be able to walk on it. Nice job. Very happy with the results!
Professional staff and no residue left.
I knew my music room carpet was dirty from all of the traffic, but it looks brand new! My pesky dogs had also taken their toll in various places. I'm amazed! The 100 sq. feet of tile that were cleaned also look so much better. I'm looking forward to using Zerorez in the future!
We have 2 Bulldogs and cream colored carpet. I know.....I know! The service we received was stellar. The carpet looks beautiful. I've tried a lot of things, but this service beat all of them.

I'm sorry, the guy was very nice and polite, it's just my carpet was not very clean when he finished. The edges of the steps weren't clean, under tv trays I have for bedside tables weren't cleaned. When the carpet dried a lot of dirt spots were still there. Like I said, he was really nice and very fast. I think maybe too fast, as some areas probably needed to be gone over a couple of times. I have an 800 sq ft apartment over the garage that I'll need the carpets cleaned in a couple of months. I'll call Y'all when it gets closer and we can come up with a way to solve these issues.

Ruined my expensive wool rug- all I had were 2 spots to cleans and now there are dark rings around the 2 spots that you cleaned. Looks worse than it did just with the stains. I don't want you coming back at all!

Paul was quick and thorough and made my carpets and tile look like new! I am so pleased with the work they did. I love that there are no chemicals or strong smells during or after cleaning, just fresh, clean carpet that I don't have to worry about my children crawling around on. They showed me some additional services and products, but were not pushy which I appreciated very much. Gave me an estimate before they started working and that's exactly what I paid. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future and recommend to friends!
