This is my first use of Zerorez. You picked up two carpets for deep cleaning. The pickup service was good, but I really don't know how well you clean until you bring back the carpets and complete the service. Why don't you wait to send out the questionaire until you complete the job?

The professionalism was amazing. The zero rez guy went out of his way to ensure that i was satisfied with his work. He was willing to keep cleaning my carpet until i was okay with the way it looked. He was not in a hurry to finish and leave and i think that is commendable.

The Zerorez service person was friendly and professional. He did a good job cleaning our carpet and was able to get out a water stain caused by a recent water leak. We also appreciated the cleaning kit that was included.

The customer service was flawless from start to finish. From my very first phone call, I had to hang up to take another call while I was waiting and somebody called me back after I hung up. Then, somebody called to confirm. Then, we were late getting home to meet the service van and the customer service rep told us "no hurry, take your time." Are you kidding me...most services would gripe, then leave and not come back for a week! I was so impressed. To make it even better, Matt, our service cleaner took his time, even though we had clearly put him behind schedule. All around, a class act service.

Kelsey is definitely the employee to have on your team! He was prompt, courteous, professional and spent time with us explaining the process and then... cleaned our carpets like I've never seen before! Our carpets have never looked better.
