Austin, the technician, was very friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. The carpeting is the cleanest it's been since we've lived in our home (3 1/2 years in a house build in 1996). Austin also made sure he answered all my questions, gave me a quote before he started any work, and made sure I was more than satisfied with the work after completing it. The drying time is nearly a quarter of the time as traditional cleaning methods. I also like that I'm not smelling excessive perfume type smells left by other treatments.
