I was a little leary of the service since you said the technician would not move furniture. It turned out he had to move a couple of things and did so willingly. he did a great job and was such a nice man and seemed to be very knowledgeable of his job and of the company. I would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend the company.

The technician was very professional but at the same time very personable and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the product and the procedure and was truely conerned about our carpet/upholstery cleaning. I was also thrilled to not have unnecessary chemicals on my carpet. A second visit was needed for "pet" stains and heavy traffic areas (that had not been cleaned in over a year)--at no charge as was stated in the information/guarantee.

My overall experience with your company was outstanding. From the scheduling of the appointment to the guys who came and did the actually cleaning, your people are/were fantastic. I had originally scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks before but I had a car accident. When I called to cancel my appointment, the woman I spoke with was so sincere and genuine. The men who came out listened intently to my concerns, explained the process thoroughly, let me know the expected results and promised to meet my cleaning needs.
