The most impressive thing that I noticed was how my carpet had that "new fresh look" again. I am sure this is due to the natural products that you use and the method used. I was a little upset because a couple of places were missed that I pointed out to the nice gentleman that did the cleaning. For the amount I paid, I wish these places were gone. I assume they were overlooked, it was not from my pets, so I would believe these places should have came clean easily. I would still you Zerorez again, would not use any other carpet cleaning service.

We really enjoyed having ZeroRez clean the carpets in the house. Three rooms and the hallway and Voila! The house smells Fresh and Clean. Imagine what that would be like. It's almost like nothing but that is good cause there is a cat in the house and... you wouldn't know it! I had it done for my friend Lilly who was having some slight allergy issues and this seems to have helped and she is Very Happy with the results.
