Also, your representative that came out gave us great advise on why this was happening and what to do and how often it should be done, he was not out there just trying to get our money as often as possible. The service representative that actually cleaned my carpets was very thorough and diligent. He did a wonderful job.
I previously used Stanley Steamer and was reluctant but curious about Zerorez... The results were great!

Jeffery was polite and efficient. The carpets dried quickly and look great. The only question I have concerns the quality of the water used in the cleaning process. We were Jeffery last appointment of the day. Since all the water used in the cleaning process was on the truck, did that mean the water used to clean our carpets had already been used several times in other peoples' homes that day?

They took extra time to clean my very very old retro carpet...twice...and it looks great. They took all the time needed to place the rug in the right place in the living room and moved the furniture back over it. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone.

The service was great and the carpets look near new. Our technician, David, was friendly and sociable and did a fantastic job. I wanted to try out the product in just three rooms and next time I will have the entire house done.
