I like that you do not use chemicals to clean the carpet.

Very profical and polite. Here when they said they would and did a great job. My carpet was in bad shape and was not sure to replace it or have it cleaned. Zerorez did everything they said they would, which is a rarity. They were polite, courteous, and on time. They called to confirm on the day they said they would, they confirmed again on the date of cleaning, and were able to come a little earlier to free up my schedule. When Eric was finished, the carpeting looked great! I wish all service companies were this easy to work.

What do I like, my kitchen floor tile looks brand new. He did an amazing job. Our stairs look great and we have 3 more rooms and 3 1/2 baths to do next time. In a few weeks we will be requesting Tim back to finish our home.

I like the fact that the electrolyzed & oxidized water does not contain harmful chemicals. An added bonus to how great my carpet looked and felt after they were done is that I know it has been sanitized, as well. The technician, Kyle, was professional, friendly and helpful, also.

Excellent service! Also, the carpet dried quickly and there is no residue on the carpet. I had several pet stains and they appear to be gone. All in all the service and the product were excellent!

I was thoroughly impressed by Zerorez. The technician was very professional, informative, and on time. The entire cleaning process was completed in a very timely manner and I was amazed that my carpets not only looked brand new but that they were not soaking wet and I was able to walk on them immediately. Only issue is the "trip fee". I saw the fee online and the tech mentioned it again. However I don't think a fee for "not using our water" is acceptable really. I haven't had a carpet cleaning service use my water in over 10 years and they do not charge a trip fee.

The carpet looks great. I did not got the cleaning kit that was promised in the quote.
