My carpet FINALLY came clean, the process was very easy, my technician was very friendly, professional, and helpful. And I love the way my carpets look and feel
The service person that provided the service was extremely competent and polite. He (Ma'Juan) was so great that the next time I get my carpets cleaned I am going to request him again! I tried to give him a small tip for doing such a great job (even put the money in his hand when I gave him my debit card) and he REFUSED it!!! I was determined to make him take it because he had gone beyond the call of duty but he continually declined it. (Who does that in this day and time???) So, not only did I get new looking carpets but I feel like I can trust that Ma'Juan will do the best job possible AND he was very respectful and thorough. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service and the job. Great job Zero-rez!
There was no soapy or chemical smell and I feel it is a "natural" clean rather than a "chemical" clean and healthier for my pets. Your service person, Dillon, was very business like and genuinely liked his job and took pride in how the carpet looked.

LOVED THE COURTESY CALL/TECH ON TIME/ VERY IMPORTANT THAT PRODUCTS USED ARE SAFE AND NOT TOXIC AND PROCESS DOES NOT LEAVE LOTS OF WATER IN CARPETS WHICH STARTS TO GROW MOLD AND SMELL BAD ( I HAVE VERY SENSITIVE NOSE). LIKE HOW TECH (MARK) WENT OVER WHAT WOULD BE DONE AND WHAT COULD BE DONE. ADDED TWO (2) MORE AREAS TO SERVICE, DID NOT KNOW THAT LINOLEUM FLOORING COULD BE CLEANED ALSO. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS AND WILL CALL FOR YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.

I really loved how knowledgeable and enthusiastic Dylan was about getting my carpets cleaned. Coming into a house that had multiple pets prior, I was less then optimistic about the outcome but he proved me wrong and blew me away. I would've been happy w. a 50% improvement but he had everything looking brand new.
