When Zerorez tried to clean a very old carpet, it had a bad reaction to the water and split down the middle seam due to some kind of hidden adhesive underneath the carpet. When I let customer service and specifically Rich Brunke know of the situation, he worked a very effective solution using his carpet guy, Albert, to completely replace my upstairs carpet and paid for all the installation and the carpet in the master where the seperation happened. he totally went above and beyond creating a solution to make a first time customer happy. This was a big deal as my wife and I are on a budget as we just bought our first home. Albert was a true professional and got the job done fast and laid the carpet perfectly. I will honestly never forget the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed to me by what I see as a company that backs up its reputation.
