The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He discussed all the details of the service and what I could expect with the outcome of the treatments and service. He got right to work and was finished in less than 2 hours. He did a great job with the carpets! We are very pleased with the results.

R process works my carpets r over 20 years old and still look new. You care and r careful w my things floors trim etc when u leave it is almost dry and smells really clean. Stains even dog pet stains do t co e back. I love zero Rez and every tech that comes is professional and knowledgeable.

I had a fabulous experience with zerorez. Henri came to our home last week and he could not have been more pleasant. He was professional and friendly and explained everything to me. He did a great job getting the carpets clean. He was here when he said he would be and it didn't take him long at all. The carpets look great-he came in the morning and they were dry by bedtime. There was no lingering odor (no odor at all, actually). I would definitely recommend zerorez!

Carpets came out really clean and soft, dried quickly, representives were professional, friendly and informed about the products. I have 2 cats I would not have wanted to get of the house and was pleased the tech inquired about pets prior to leaving the front ajar to allow for the hose. Overall great results.
