I like that you say there is no residue, though I need time to see if it appears to actually be the case. I'm very happy with the service and the immediate results. The only thing remaining to be seen is if the carpet still looks good about a month after cleaning. Within that approximate time period, I often see stains and such return; that's what makes me switch to a different service next time. Hope that will not be the case here.

The alkaline water cleaning process impressed me most, afterwards, there was no odor, no wet carpet, or after odor. The service provider Matt Craft was fast and efficient. Matt did a great inservice and education re-affirming the products and their benefits.

I've had my carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer and other carpet cleaning services before. This is actually the first time that I've had my carpet cleaned and I actually can no longer smell the urine from my dogs. Great job! I will never use another carpet cleaner other than zerorez ever again!

The tech was on time, friendly, and efficient!! Two weeks after I had the carpet cleaned, my two year old spilled red Gatorade on it:-( thankfully I had gotten the scotch guard that the tech recommended. It came right up :-). No need to use the additional free cleaner I got!!
