Your men were very professional and kind they walk me though what they were doing and showed us and told us stuff about the carbon and black base boards and lost of stuff. Very kind and knew what they were doing. My carpets look new and are FREE of all the detergent residue that was in them from other carpet cleaners and spot treatments. We recently found out my son is allergic to the detergents and have had to change our life style I'm so glad that zero Rez was there to help.
The products used on my carpet did an amazing job in cleaning areas that were highly soiled. Your staff is wonderful, they are friendly and helpful. They even helped me pick up all my kids shoes before they started to work. They explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. The service technicians were on time, professional and knowledgeable of their product. The carpet cleaning was very quick and the drying time was quick. There was no fumes or odors and the service technicians took their time to ensure I was satisfied with their work.
The only thing I didn't like was moving all my furniture but then again, it's my furniture and I can't blame the company for not wanting to be liable for someone property.

Advise your service techs to try and park their van away from your yard/grass. I had services done on two separate days and both times the exhaust burned my grass in two different areas. The gentlemen that did the service on both days were very pleasant, well mannered, polite, timely and professional. One of the service techs even mentioned that the exhaust burn the grass, so I know they are concious of it already. This was probably just an oversight.

Bobby and his trainee Kendall were superb. Though I did find it a little odd that when Stanley Steamer pulled up next door to clean my neighbors house, Bobby and Kendall immediately ripped off their shirts, produced blue face paint from somewhere and put it on and then charged across the yard screaming what I can only imagine to be a "Zerorez War Cry" and proceeded to beat the crap out of the boys in yellow. Entertaining, but I don't know how it helps make your empowered water stronger (that's what was explained to me after the incident). Either way, great job!
