I had totally given up hope of getting my carpet clean again because of pet stains. Another company had tried and failed. Zerorez was my last attempt at getting my carpet clean before I had to replace it. Thanks to Zerorez my carpet looks great. There may be a few light stains, but nothing I can't live with.

I LOVE the cleaning method of Zerorez! We have seen carpet that we thought should be replaced because of pet stains cleaned by Zerorez and come out looking like new. My overall experience with your company was outstanding. From the scheduling of the appointment to the guys who came and did the actually cleaning, your people are/were fantastic. I had originally scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks before but I had a car accident. When I called to cancel my appointment, the woman I spoke with was so sincere and genuine. The men who came out listened intently to my concerns, explained the process thoroughly, let me know the expected results and promised to meet my cleaning needs. They were polite, conscientious, kind, and awesome during the whole process. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
