My tech was one of the most meticulous techs I've ever had when it comes to carpet cleaning. He protected my walls and stair rails, wiped up any drops on the hardwoods when moving between carpeted rooms, and did an exceptionally thorough job cleaning the carpets. Not to mention he was a consummate professional. I highly recommend!!
