The technician was very professional and kind. He was very thorough with his explanations and demonstrations. Also, I have very clean carpet!! Very pleased. I showed the technician a spot of rust and he assured me that he would TRY to remove it, but no guarantees. Of course, he could not remove the stain. It was RUST, after all!!! But he tried!!

I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a great carpet-cleaning experience!!

Professional and well cleaned carpets.

Everything was ok, I felt there was too much water left on the floor. I was actually sweating bullets until my floors completely dried. My technician Quayvon was really professional, patient and nice. I was very appreciative of that.
