Tim was very nice and explained everything very well. Also gave me info about other services you offer. Love that there is no odor in the cleaning solution. I will be calling you to come back to clean one of our cushions -- it didn't clean as well as the rest of our couch for some reason. But overall, very pleased with everything. Thank you!
