Very friendly professional service!

I had several urine stains on my wall to wall carpeting in the basement. My husband would go downstairs into his office and our pup would follow him. He went into his office, she went into the larger media room to look out the french doors and check for squirrel activity. Over time, urine stains appeared on the carpeting in the media room. Hubby swore it wasn't him, and the pup refused to talk. Finally, after trying on my own over the years to get rid of these stains, I decided to call Zerorez, since our friends recently used them for the same issue, and were pleased. A nice young man came out and explained how he was going to approach the problem. He said he could not 100% guarantee the years-old stains would be gone, but he would try his best. I must say that his best was outstanding. The stains are no longer visible. He worked quickly and efficiently as this wonderful smell of oranges wafted up from below. I highly recommend this company.
