I had some concerns getting my carpets cleaned for the first time since installation. The carpet has a very good scotchgard I wanted to be sure the cleaning would not remove the scotchgard. Adrion(SP) took the time to listen to my concerns and read the warranty on the carpet. After reading she took the necessary steps to clean the carpet from the warranty statements. I will definitely recommend zerorez to my friends and coworkers.
