Carpet looked great when they were done and there was no residue. In the past we have had to have other cleaners come back because there was an after smell that was sour. Not so with Zerorez.

I was hesitant about the effectiveness of the cleaning solution and wasn't sure what to expect after the cleaning. My technician, Cole was punctual, very knowledgeable about the product, very professional and thorough. Certain areas in my home were heavy traffic areas and Cole explained how the carpet fibers were worn and the cleaning would not restore the carpet as new, but he would concentrate on those areas during the cleaning. Cole explained how the carpet fibers are weaved together and my responsibility in maintaining the longevity of the carpet after the cleaning. Cole allayed my fears and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Techs make your business and Matt and Aaron were awesome! They truly care about the product they represent and they took great pride in doing a super job. They made sure we knew what was going on each step of the way and that we were happy with the outcome. They not only cleaned and sanitized our ducts they installed two air purifiers - needless to say we could tell a vast improvement in the quallity of our inside environment within a few hours. I would recommend that anyone that has someone in their house with allergies, asthma, or any breathing difficulties take advantage of this service. And if you don't then do it so you may not have breathing issues in the future.
