The technician, Derickio Gates, was incredible. He was careful about the home, wearing booties, using corner guards and being very thorough in his cleaning of the carpets and stairs. I also like the all-natural method of cleaning, without chemicals.

Excellent customer service by your technician, Derven Pognon, who was very through in explaining the process of the cleaning. He even explained about what to expect with some very bad stains on our carpet. However, after a very through cleaning, we were delighted with the results. Zerorez provides a very through cleaning, with clean products and no smells. We will use them again and would recommend Zerorez without any hesitation.

Zerorez did such a fabulous job on my carpet and stairway, I had them take my massive wool oriental rug and tackle that. It is mainly cream colored with pastels, 20 years old, and had lots of very old pet stains. I had no expectations because I thought it would be impossible to clean! Rick and his crew did an unbelievable job! It looks absolutely brand new! Who would have thought? Now I know why everyone I initially talked to (including carpet companies), recommended Zerorez. They are truly professional, reasonably priced, and top notch!

The whole process from start to finish was awesome

I love the easy pick up (roll up) and delivery (unroll)! I love the nonchemical process and my rugs looked brand new- and did not smell like any heavy perfumes, soaps, or chemicals. They looked so clean I wanted to just lay on them- seriously. Thank you!
