The technician, Keith, who came to clean our tile was very friendly, professional and efficient. He discussed with me before beginning the cleaning and let me look at the area he cleaned before finishing the job. He was very informative and could answer my questions. Our tile looks so much better!

Employee was prompt and very professional. I loved the way everything smelled when finished. I had 3 bedrooms and an office cleaned. Three of the four rooms cleaned up perfectly. The one with the most stains did not come as clean as I had hoped. Once everything dried I could see several of the old spots again in that room. At the time when I inspected the room they weren't noticeable so I do not feel the technician was at fault as it looked clean when it was wet.

They not only did a great job but they picked up the rug and the same team brought it back to me and moved furniture to lay it down in just the right spot. Every technician that has come to our home has been professional, courteous, hard working, informative, and explains costs for upgrades to add on but doesn't pressure sales when we say what we want and don't want.
The carpet is over 30 years old so we have to have it cleaned regularly, but it looks amazing for several months even though it's needing replaced!

I like the fact that I can put my nose down on the carpet after a cleaning and it smells so fresh! They do a good job. never get in a big hurry like some of the others. It is a bit pricey though!

Excellent service, on time and professional. Jonathan took great care to make sure I was getting the best bang for the buck. He explained how the process worked. I had asked him before he started if there was a way to see how dirty my carpet was and he said when he empties his tank he can tell. I didn't think much about it after that but after he was finished and getting ready to leave he brought me a water bottle filled with some very nasty looking water he had taken out of the tank so I could see how bad the carpet was.
