I wasn't here my son was things were cleaned although I saw some places that might have needed a 2nd touch and the carpet seemed wetter than normal it seems still moist and I ran a fan over it I am sure i t will dry fine thank you for you service and we will call you again as needed

The customer service we received was excellent from the walk through before the cleaning through the walk through after the cleaning. Aside from the professional and genuine demeanor, we had quite a few stubborn stains that the two technicians were able to remove! Now our carpet looks AND feels brand new. Have had carpets cleaned by several other companies and none did as good a job. Like the fact that no chemicals used. The associate was excellent. Very professional. Did such a good job that we even had them take an expensive Persian rug to clean.

Everything....my oriental rugs look like new and feel great. The room that had Irvine stains from my dog relieving himself is spotless and with no residual odor.

And Tyson was excellent, as was Jason and the young man with him who came to pick up and the return My rugs. They carefully moved my furniture.
