Great service on 7/8/17. Technician David Colclough arrived early and got right to work. He was very respectful of my elderly mother. He managed to get a lot of old stains out of her carpet . He left us a bottle of empowered water treatment and a cloth to use for dabbing stains. Used it on an area rug stained with barbecue sauce--stains looked much better. Thanks Zerorez and David!!!

The carpet looks good. Professional workers. But, my grass got burned in 2 places from the exhaust of the truck. This is the second time this has happened, I will be calling the company to get a refund of some kind for the problem with my grass.

Had an emergency with our carpet. Out dog got sick in the dining room during one of our thunderstorms (she hates them) Out of town family are coming in for a family gathering and the mess made had to be cleaned. I tried to do but wasn't successful at all.

I called Zerorez hoping they could get to it ASAP or before the family got here. They came and spot treated some areas in the living room then took on the dining room. The carpet in both rooms looked like new and more importantly smelled like new.

The technician (Derrick) in charge of my cleaning was extremely cordial, very thorough in his explanation of what the cleaning would entail and when EACH room was cleaned, he took me to see the results and made sure that I was satisfied. I normally would not tip on top of what ended up being fairly expensive service, however, the technician was so thorough in his work that I felt he more than earned the $75.00 I gave him.
