The technician, Aquarius, was friendly and professional. Walked around with me to see the job and listen to any concerns I had. He got right to work, was very careful not to hit the walls or corners with the equipment. When he was done we did a walk around to be sure I was happy with the job before I paid anything, and the carpets look great! I’ve been using Zerorez for a few years now and will continue to do so.
