You do what you say you will do! Had a stain come back up and when I called you you came back out and recleaned the stain and it has not resurfaced! Sooo happy with your service!

The guys who came out both cleaned our carpets in our home and collected some carpets to be cleaned in your facilities. They couldn't have been more pleasant or competent, and they clearly cared that the job they did met with our satisfaction. We then had questions about the protectant that Zerorez suggested that they spray on the area rugs. The lady we spoke to at the facility worked hard to find the answer to our questions and made a point of calling us back in a timely fashion. Once again, she could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Finally, the two guys who delivered the rugs back again were great in every way, including making sure that we were happy with the placement of the rugs in relation to furniture, etc. On top of all that, the rugs look gorgeous and were beautifully clean, all at a fair price. We'll definitely be back.

I liked my technician. I think his name was Tony. Very courteous and friendly.
I like the fact you don't use detergents.
The only thing i had a problem with was how wet the carpet is after finishing. it was still damp the next day.
won't mold grow in the padding with all that moisture under there?
