Best Ever: Service, Value and Personnel

Today was a repeat first class performance by Zerorez Atlanta. Would be hard pressed to select any other carpet cleaning service. Both technicians arrived on time, after satisfying a confirmation call as promised, 20 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment. Austin and Terry were professionally uniformed, mature, cordial and focused about the services we requested. They completed their work as a team, expeditiously, while displaying care for our property and furnishings. They seemed very proud of their product and committed to their work ethic. Both displayed a professional demeanor and cordially shared professional knowledge about their service, completing the job without any hidden fees, sales gimmicks or excuses. Their finished product was excellent and consistent with the standards they advertised. This is a company that seems to have it all together; a great product, delivered timely, professionally and consistently by a team committed to customer satisfaction. Strongly recommend the Zerorez Service and especially the employees that represent their Company.

Every thing about Zerorez was professional from the customer service, to the on time service, to the way the technician preformed the service. And the carpets have not looked this good in years.

I like the fact that you do no use soaps or chemicals to clean the carpet. Our carpets have not been cleaned professionally for the entire 10 years we've had them, so this was our first time and they look fantastic.
