The service person Billy junn was very helpful. Personable, quick, and thorough. Much better than my past experiences. The prices was rather painless, the only reason I didn't give a 10 was because the pricing is a bit high. Overall a most p,radiant experience.

Your service technican was professional, listened to my questions and gave me informative answers which assured me he understood my needs and his company's ability to accomplish excellent results. I would not hesitate to use Zerorez again, but highly recommend to anyone.

The hours of service we were given was 2-5. The technician, Kyle, arrived a few minutes after 2. He did a great job cleaning the carpet and was extremely personable and professional. The job was got was excellent. You could not ask for a better tech than Kyle.

Very professional from the first contact to completion of the cleaning. Kyle was excellent - a pleasure to have him in our home. Our carpet dried very quickly and looks great. The name Zerorez can be taken literally - there is absolutely no residue in our carpet. This cleaning even got the residue left from other cleaners. We will call again.

I have had 2 experiences so far...first was with white carpets throughout my boyfriends house. They looked brand new after Zerorez came through. The second was in my house...I had my sectional sofa cleaned. It is 6 years old and had some wear and tear stains. After they cleaned it, it really looks a lot better and I am pleased with the results. The price was still a bit high in my opinion...

The technician(Lee)is professional and always does a wonderful job. He arrives when he is supposed to. Zerorez always honors my request for the time and day of my choice. My carpets are cleaned throughly and stay that way for a long time. My carpets had several "accident" places from my 2 dogs. Also, I had a place on my stairs where my grandson got sick. The technician went beyond the call of duty to insure any bacteria, smell, stain etc was eliminated. This is the fourth time I have used Zerorez and will continue to do so in the future.
