The no residue cleaning is what I like most about ZEROREZ. The guy who did the job was also really nice and courteous. While I was disappointed that some of the stains did not come off, I was overall pleased with the cleaning.

The professionalism and knowledge of their service reps is the best place to start about what I like. They look, dress and act professional. The rep we just used was a duplicate of the former reps Zerorez Atlanta sent to our home. I like the fact that no chemicals are left behind in the carpet.
We had pet stains from a small dog. Before we had treatment for pet stains, we were told that there could be some stains that would not be completely removed. Small dogs have a more concentrated urine than large dogs. Some of our stains had been there for 9+ months. Not all of the stains came out completely, HOWEVER, even though the stains were not completely gone, the bacteria in the carpet and the pad was gone. That is an important thing to concider when you have children and/or grandchildren (and occasio0nally playing and rolling on the carpet
