Products are always amazing, but the customer service is outstanding!! We had 2 houses that needed to be done due to us just moving. From initial set up of the appointment to the 2 guys that came to our houses, they were super friendly and amazing!! The guys that did the work at the houses explained everything they were getting ready to do and/or how to use the product. They even dealt with my craziness!! I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that is needing a carpet cleaning or air duct cleaning. (I am terrible at remembering names, so I apologize now if I got it wrong) Courtney and Cortez did a fantastic job!! I will be calling them back next time we need a cleaning! Professionalism of staff
The young man who cleaned our carpet called and asked if he could come an hour early, which was nice. He was very polite and completly explained the cleaning process. Our carpet looked way better after he was finished. Another plus was the carpet was dry in 5 or six hours (we did have ceiling fans on). I definitely recommend using Zerorez.
Cortez was extremely friendly. This was the first time getting our air ducts cleaned and he walked us through the entire process. He answered all questions we had. He showed us before and after pictures and it was amazing the difference. He was absolutely wonderful!

This is the second time we have had them do our carpets and the team members are always very nice and do their work quickly and with care. Very nice employees, care about their work.

I like that you don't use harsh chemicals, you have upfront pricing and it's easy to schedule an appointment. Our tech was so polite and did an awesome job. Dog urine stains on the carpet are completely gone. Our tile bathroom floor looks like new. The grout is white again. I've already recommended Zerorez and won't hesitate to use again.

We were really impressed with ZEROREZ. They recently came and cleaned the ducts and vents. We did a ton of research before choosing ZEROREZ and we are so glad we did. Remington was our tech and he was so professional and polite start to finish!! We loved him. Our house was so dusty, like we would dust our furniture andn3 minutes later there would be a new layer of dust. We were also missing that "fresh air " feeling and also having pets made for the decision to have the ducts cleaned in the 1st place. We were SHOCKED when we saw what came out....and we were BREATHING that crap!!!!!! We dusted as soon as he left and happy to report still dust free a week and half later, that was the test. We have also had compliments on the air quality in our home. We will continue to have this do this in the future to keep things as fresh as we can. Stupendous company and service!!!!
