The cleaning was great. Sedric did our cleaning & he was so professional. We liked how Sedric respected our home and make sure to not damage or scratch anything. He also recommended a pet cleaning but was not pushy on it. We ended up doing it and he assured us if we weren't happy he would come back. He is very outgoing and answered all our questions. We actually got to know him a little bit at the end of the cleaning and he was a breath of fresh air!

Everything! The clean result is wonderful, dries in a short time, no odor, carpets are beautiful and the service is so professional. While they are in your home they take very good care of your wood floors, walls, and baseboards not to cause any damage. The servicemen are very polite and work effectively and efficiently. Have had this company twice in my homes, and wouldn’t consider another company. Their pricing is very fair.

My son’s carpet was a lost cause - or so I thought. Cedric came in and performed a miracle! We actually took before and after pictures and the difference is a little mind blowing. Cedric really went above and beyond. I didn’t watch him, but I know he had to do some extra scrubbing to achieve the results he got in there. Once we saw how much better the carpets looked after he was done, we decided to have him actually clean all the carpets in the house. We were ecstatic with the results and would definitely recommend Cedric and ZeroRez to all of our friends and family!
