I just had our carpets cleaned yesreeday before family arrives for the holidays. Eric cleaned our upstairs and main level rooms, and I am thoroughly pleased. He was efficient, courteous, professional, and very pleasant. I really like the citrusy fragrance of the cleaner, and it made the whole house smell fresh and welcoming. I would recommend Zerorez, and I do plan to use them again in the future.

Great service and carpets look and feel great. A couple of hidden doggie spots behind the couch I did not know about, but the technician saw them and made sure they cleaned up completely. We would definitely use them again.

This was a re-clean and both times the technician was very professional and did a great job. I needed a re-clean because I have puppies and although the carpet was very clean the first time we could not pinpoint where the dog urine was. When you guys came back the second time we were able to identify the spots and everything a wonderful now.

Tile/grout cleaned, carpets cleaned and excellent customer service from initial phone call, follow up call and to the technician that performed service.
