Love the service, carpets look GREAT, smell great and feel fresh!!!!!!! The carpets dried quickly and are soft to the touch!... THE ONLY issue I had was difficulty trying to reach someone at ZeroRez! It was ridiculous just trying to get a hold of anyone to even book an appointment. I had to leave several messages and finally got called back the next day. Subsequently, once my appointment was scheduled, I tried to reach someone at the ZeroRez office on the day of my cleaning to confirm the appointment time/window I would need to be home; no one ever answered the phones.
I have already been boasting about your service and how happy I am with the cleanliness and friendliness. I have recommended and will continue to recommend ZeroRez to many people! However, my recommendation to you as the company is to hire more phone attendants and streamline the customer service/booking process.
