Scheduling the appointment online was easy and convenient. My technician, Joshua B., clearly explained what he was going to do and in what order. The carpet looks very good except for a couple of spots that showed when it dried. The guarantee covered coming back (although not as quickly as I’d have liked).

The rep that did our carpets was so awesome. He was polite and courteous and had a great sense of humor! We were so so grateful that he called in advance and even suggested a stain remover for us to use when we needed it! Our carpets haven’t looked this clean in YEARS! Customer service alone, I would 100% recommend Zerorez.

Extremely personable service workers. Checking to see if they even have to do the job first is nice, we honestly did not know when the ducts were installed or if they were ever cleaned. They are for sure now, my air smells like the sheet metal aisle at the hardware store. Didn't leave any mess behind in the house or any questions unanswered. 10/10 well earned, gg.
