I like how friendly everyone is and I didn’t know what to expect, but overall very nice and clean. I forgot a bottle and because it was my first time in, they let me have one. The electrolytes watermelon salt is very good as well.. invest in some myself. Definitely be back when I can afford it.

The ability to retreat to a space that is conducive to healing and regeneration is priceless. The personal space, clean and positive environment, ability to turn on healing music or breathwork while sweating out toxins is invaluable: The cold eucalyptus cloth at the end is also a nice touch.

The space is very clean, relaxing, and well maintained, which made the whole visit feel comfortable right when I arrive. Perspire always gives me a huge mood and body boost. It feels so healing, and it’s the perfect environment to stretch, relax, and reset both mentally and physically.

Everything was perfect
This studio is always clean and friendly! Everything is set up before I arrive and after the session I feel rested and ready. At the beginning I was very surprised to see my vision was clearer... I am sure it is the removal of toxins and microplastics from my body. Passive sweating is the number one way to remove microplastics you may have ingested which is why I started coming. So glad I did!!!
