All amenities offered are great and provide a calming, stress free experience. First staff member I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any question I had, and the second staff member already knew my name when I walked in for my second session. I go to perspire after pickleball and work. My body gets inflamed, tight and hurts after both. 40 minutes of perspire and I walk out of there feeling good.

Staff is friendly & competent, facility is clean, and each sauna I have taken has helped relieve muscle tension as well as mental tension.
