I love that there's something like this so close by! I love being able to access the premium sauna experience in privacy and with the added benefits of red light therapy. It is relaxing and energizing at the same time, and my body definitely benefits from all of it. I suffer from chronic pain and rosacea, as well as depression and anxiety, and the mental and physical advantages I have experienced are notable.
I feel like the sessions help in the ways that I need and I definitely recommend this. I think once someone tries it, they're definitely going to see the benefits of coming back! It also helps tremendously that the people there are amazing and helpful and the place is pristine. I'm so glad to have discovered this place! My mind and body are thankful and all the better for it.
