Great service by tech!

I have used Zero Rez 5 or 6 times so far. Th results are always great. I am sure that this is in great part because of Steve. I wish I could remember his last name. Not only is he very efficient, but he is also patient, and careful. My Berber carpet is 30 years old, and when he finishes, it looks like new! Thanks for all the good work. Name removed
