Jeff did a thorough job cleaning our carpeting. He treated the spots and traffic areas. No need for new carpeting when it is properly cleaned. It looks like new.

I love that there were no harsh or smelly chemicals used to actually clean my tile and carpets. The service was fast and I saw a difference immediately. The quick dry time was also a bonus! Thank you!

Excellent service and outcome

The appointment started off on a very positive introduction. Matt and assistant were very professional in walking through my home as I explained what I wanted done. They asked and suggested appropriate questions which I appreciated. Matt and assistant explained what and how they would go about completing the project. They began quickly and efficiently. They worked on the project steadily. Matt told me they would need to empty the water unit at some point. He gave me a time frame on when they would be back and when they did start back to my home they called me to let me know what time to expect them. As they were working in various rooms, it was apparent they knew how to complete the tasks needed in an excellent manner. They finished at my home taking note to gather all equipment and wiping any water that was let on the floor. In the future I will make an appointment with Zerorez again and ask for Matt and assistant to do the next project in my home. I will also make positive recommendations to others about the product, quality of work and professional employees that your company hires. I would rate Matt and his assistant at a level “10” in all areas!
