Thorough and professional job
I like that they came to pick up the rug. Turn around was fairly quick, and they brought the rug back and placed it for me. Not too much moving of furniture involved, however I understand they were prepared to help with that if necessary.

Clean carpets
Made an appointment the night before, and they showed up early next morning at appointed time. Communication was decent considering outside of normal business hours. Price was about 10-15% less than lowest and 25% than major companies. Many advertise a lower prince but then sneak in minimum $199 charge for even one room and try to upsell options--let me save you the hassle.

Zerorez was very professional and the gentlemen that came out to service our carpet was both polite and efficient, He spent extra time working on several areas that were old stains. They didnt completely come out but the job he did makes them 100% better. My wife and i are extremely pleased and recommend them highly!!!

unfortunately I did not get what I had requested due to a misunderstanding on the quote. CH was very well versed on the product and how to clean areas. He explained the quote difference and said he would do as I requested which was walls and floors in our shower. He explained the cost difference in bathrooms so I told him to just do the floor and not the total scrub. I appreciated his attention to business, however I could not feel good about getting the additional $400 free. The job overall was exceptional except there are a few small areas in the kitchen that the grout still shows dirt. I will recommend to my friends your services and I will use you again when the time comes. Thank you RJE
