I was essentially was pleased the with cleaning. I did not expect the large items to be moved, like hutch, couch, or dining room table. But I thought that the recliner would be moved and cleaned under it. Other cleaners have done that in the past.

Your technician Matthew was very professional and knowledgable in relation to the products which would be most effective for the spots. The carpet now looks great!

The technician was extremely thorough and professional, tanking care to protect walls and doorways. He did an excellent job cleaning our sofa and everything was dry very quickly.

Always excellent and speedy service.

We've been loyal Zerorez customers for years because we love that the process is chemical-free, fast drying and doesn't leave any sticky residue. Usually, all our tough stains disappear, but this time a dog mishap and a soda spill didn't come out despite my initial cleanup efforts. It was unexpected given how well Zerorez usually works. Nevertheless, we will still contact Zerorez when that time comes around.

DJ my technician and whomever else he was working with that day. Awesome guys and deserve a raise for their timeliness, attention to detail and ability to get out some bad stains we had. They were super friendly, awesome quality work and was highly impressed. They are the reason I would use Zerorez again.
