Great job cleaning carpet
The guy that came to our house was very professional and finished pretty quickly. The price was also very reasonable. I did spot clean an area yesterday and the water in my tank was dirtier than I expected after just having our carpet cleaned. It is possible that the pet specific cleaner I used is just a little stronger than the gentle cleaner you guys use, though.

Matthew was wonderful! Found myself in a terrible place with two soaked rugs - Matthew came and took them both for cleaning - I was so relieved. He could not have been nicer and more professional. He gets a 10 from me!
Telephone response time and response from the customer service reps who picked up and returned the rug directly was excellent: informative, curteous, prompt.
Our wool rug was handled nicely and cleaned well. Caveat: This service requires transporting the rug to Atlanta, which added to the turnaround time, I gather.
You get my old carpet looking almost new again, spots and walker tracks gone. The techs are very friendly, and get my rooms done in short order.

The men assigned to the cleaning of our floors and carpet were very friendly, personable, efficient and quick. Colton was very thorough in explaining how he planned to execute the work and then went straight to it. He did exactly as he had explained and showed how the effective the cleaning process was. To expedite the cleaning work, he called Michael, a specialist in cleaning hardwood floors, to bring the equipment suited to clean our hickory flooring. At the end of the day, our home looks remarkedly better and we are VERY happy with the work Colton and Michael did for us! Thank you Colton and Michael!!!
