Your team is absolutely amazing. The guy who took care of us (at 5085 Alfingo 8/27) was incredible. He had mechanical issues with his truck and with a backup truck that arrived and he stuck with it, fixed the issues, and did a great job for us. He’s terrific and will be a reason we call Zerorez again in the future.

The technician, Jessie, did a great job! He was very thorough and I appreciated him wiping up any water that was on my wood floors, keeping us safe from a slip and fall. He was very nice, extremely polite and professional.

Brett was friendly and took great care not to bump into the baseboards since we just had painting done. He removed every stain and the carpet looks like new. Carpet was mostly dry in about 4 hours.

Staff was friendly and took off the extra setup charge on site when he realized it was unnecessary. Floors sufficiently cleaned for a reasonable price.
