I like the fact that they don't use soap and the dirt gets sucked out of the carpet. The technicians always do a great job.
The service tech, Billy, did an outstanding job of cleaning my carpet. It had some stains on it from before Christmas. It also had some ham juices on it from Christmas day.
Billy was very accommodating and did an excellent job! I would request him to come, again.
