Travis, our technician from Zerorez, was prompt, respectful of us and our home, kind disposition, had a good appearance and did a great job cleaning and treating our day-to-day living stains in our carpeting. He explained that the traffic patterns in our light colored carpeting will continue to look a bit different. It is 20+ year old carpeting.
