Love the way my carpets look.
We had three rooms and the carpeted stairs cleaned this week. Zerorez was able to get us on the schedule very quickly (within just a few days) and just in time for Thanksgiving. Our technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was polite in all interactions and prioritized our areas of concern (there had been previously cleaned pet accidents). The cost was reasonable (and worth not doing it ourselves with rental machines). The carpets and the stair landing especially turned out amazing. Highly recommend!
