Our carpet looked great when the technician was done. They didn't take that long to dry. We have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to do so.

We had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez and are very pleased with the outcome. The
representative did a thorough job, was courteous, friendly and efficient.

I like the idea of zero residue after carpet cleaning. Typically that is the case. This time I could feel something on the carpeting after treatment. For example, after a period of normal barefoot traffic within the home, stepping into the shower my feet would be slippery...and this occurred 2 days in a row and it was days after cleaning treatment and carpet was dry, not wet. I also felt like perhaps the cleaning wasn't thorough since the whole house was completed in 30 minutes. This may be an inaccurate expectation or assumption...but I'm aware that a thorough vacuuming consists of multiple slow passes over the carpet, so cleaning it I would also expect to be at a slower pace to ensure a thorough job. $351 for 30 minutes of work seems excessively pricey and that supposedly included a sale price.

Prompt service. The carpets, which I though might need to be replaced, were like new and the whole house smelled fresh.

I like the way my carpet smells and feels after being cleaned by Zerorez. Other companies often left the carpet smelling kind of like a wet dog and crunchy feeling for several days until we vacuumed. Our technician , Blake was very thorough, professional and courteous. He did a great job.

The service that I received was awesome.. I understand because my carpet is well over 10 years old everything was not going to come out but the gentleman did the best that he could with what he had and I am very impressed in that is a big statement because nothing impresses me I do not impress easily but my family came over the next day after everything dried and they were amazed about how well the carpet looked it looked better than the day that I moved in.. We’ve always preferred Zero Rez because it leaves no residue. The crew of two arrived on time, got right to work, and finished the job in a timely manner. They reviewed their results with us and we were satisfied. The carpet looks great even in the most soiled heavy traffic areas. We paid them and they left for their next appointment. We are totally satisfied with the job Zero Res did.
