Chris explained the procedure for carpet cleaning very well. Cleaning the three rooms and a hall as well as applying the protectorate took about two hours. Drying time took six hours. The carpet stains were completely removed, which is not a guarantee. Chris also explained the Zerorez cleans and seals floor tile and showed me the difference cleaning could make. He also explained that Zerorez also stretches carpet. Thank you for the fine service.

ZEROREZ, SPELL IT BACKWARDS OR FORWARDS IT SPELLS THE SAME, ZEROREZ! Also, the gentlemen (I wish i could remember his name) that came to my house for the cleaning was awesome. Went above and beyond our expectations. The big one was, after putting most of the equipment away it was noticed a portion of our couch was missed, he went back out to the van to pull out the equipment again and clean the missed part. Showing dedication and love for the job.
We have always been happy with Zerorez in the past. Our most recent visit - not so much. The tech was semi-friendly and left a large spot untreated (which I had pointed out to him). I treated it with your Zerorez spray after he left, and I was able to remove most of the spot. He also up charged me $20 for an "oversize" room that I've never been charged for before. I asked for a $20 refund, but I have not received the refund to date.
I prefer to not have this tech visit our home again. Please DO NOT SHARE THIS COMMENT WITH MY NAME ATTACHED WITH THE TECH.
I will give Zerorez one more try, but if I am unhappy then that will be the last visit scheduled.

The service was quick (90 minutes for 4 rooms and a staircase), so professional and considerate, and the results were everything I was hoping for! We had house trained a couple of puppies in the last 2 years and these areas were struggling, but they are so soft and refreshed now! I love it!
