Always excellent and speedy service.
We've been loyal Zerorez customers for years because we love that the process is chemical-free, fast drying and doesn't leave any sticky residue. Usually, all our tough stains disappear, but this time a dog mishap and a soda spill didn't come out despite my initial cleanup efforts. It was unexpected given how well Zerorez usually works. Nevertheless, we will still contact Zerorez when that time comes around.
DJ my technician and whomever else he was working with that day. Awesome guys and deserve a raise for their timeliness, attention to detail and ability to get out some bad stains we had. They were super friendly, awesome quality work and was highly impressed. They are the reason I would use Zerorez again.

The gentleman was very kind. He did a fabulous job, the steps I know are hard.
I just have one comment. He had a truck that he said overheated and leaked! Give your guys reliable trucks and fix or keep them up. That’s NOT fair to them! I was surprised a big company doesn’t do that.
This was a complimentary reclean for a high traffic area. I appreciate the company’s policy on this.

Both technicians were very friendly. The lead technician walked around the work area to check for pet residual stains and then explained everything before starting. The team was quick and thorough and protected trim and furniture from damage. The cleaned rugs look great!
