Unfortunately, seems the only option is to leave a message initially on an automated system to get an estimate, and it took longer than I had hoped to get a response back. Once we got through that communication, however, the rest of it was very smooth. I did appreciate that the quote was detailed and came through pretty quickly once I was able to talk with an administrative person.

I’ve used Zerorez many times for cleaning both carpets and tile surfaces. This time the results of my tile cleaning have been amazing; my tile looks practically new again. Michael was my tech and gave me appropriate notice when he was on his way, and I was never pressured to do anything that would add cost to my service. I like that no chemicals are used and the result is generally excellent.

Fast on time and was happy with results

I highly recommend Zerorez. The technician was on time, explained everything throughout the process and was cordial. I had severe cat urine saturation of the carpet and now I can't smell a thing! It was so bad I was thinking of ripping out the carpet entirely and now I don't have to. Zerorez also did some work at my former home and did a great job. I had spent countless hours using a machine to clean the vinyl floor in the kitchen with barely visible results. They came in and made the floor look like new! I was really amazed by the difference.
I will use them in the future for sure.

Great job but more expensive than I was led to believe from what the receptionist indicated. My fault for not getting the estimate prior to the work. But, they did a great job and you get what you pay for.
