Scheduling was super quick and easy. Our carpet cleaner was very friendly, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in every way. We really appreciated his recommendations on what services we needed in each room and felt like we could trust him and not like he was just trying to upsell us.
We called to see if they’d be able to help unclog our dryer vent from lint buildup, and had an appointment scheduled the very next day. From scheduling the appointment, to phone call confirmation on the day of service, as well as the quality of service itself, we give them 5 stars! Very professional, Steve called me before arriving. He introduced himself and a crew member. Steve went over in detail what I wanted done and finalized the invoice. They used corner guards and put on bootys to keep everything from getting nicked or dirty while cleaning. It was the best clean I have had for tile as I had some pretty ground in dirt on grout lines, and most came back to original color. I would highly recommend Zero Rez as they also beat many competitors in the market. Keep up the great work.
