Very professional service & technicians from start to finish. I also like the fact that the negative pressure vacuum equipment & accessories utilized in the cleaning of my air ducts, did require the removal of the supply vents in each room. In older homes that really matters, as this prevents drywall & paint damage & excessive cleanup.
Technician Travis was very knowledgeable & the two-man team were in & out in ni time. I immediately notice the improved difference in air quality & cooling efficiency when the unit was turned back on. I recommend Zerorez without hesitation.

I have been a client of Zerorez for over 20 years. I have yet to meet a technician that doesn't show without a smile on their face. Having said that, the last technician that did our carpet cleaning was over the top friendly, genuinely interested in offering me assistance in moving a couple of last-minute items, and was so thorough but efficient that he was finished in less than 30 minutes. My husband and I were in shock and express the same to the technician. He told us he would be happy to go back into each room with us so we could point out any areas that he might have missed, but nope, carpets were spotless. I am embarrased that I do not remember his name because I would have loved to give him a shout out to the corporate office. He is a keeper! I would never consider using any other cleaning service but Zerorez.
I had an exceptional experience and would not only use your services again but would highly recommend you. The technician you sent was professional, lovely, polite, explained every step of what he was doing and did not give me any false hope on one are that was particularly dirty. In the end it came out perfectly clean which was a big surprise. If some stain remained I would not have been surprised and would have respected his honesty.
