The technician called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Upon his arrival he first put on shoe covers once entering my home. He then went on to explained the process and asked if I had any questions. He did a fabulous job and I'm extremely please with the results. Zerorez is my go-to annually for my carpet cleaning needs.

Chris, who was our technician called ahead of time to let me know he was coming. From the start he was extremely professional and thorough. He did a very good job and I even added extra jobs on because of his efficiency. From now on, I will request him. I was extremely happy with the results and Chris made the experience so easy.
