We've been using Zerorez for years, starting in Escondido and continuing in Valley Center. We like the product and the technicians have been wonderful. They are on time, answer all questions, make suggestions in order to extend the use of carpet. We have not used Zerorez for other floor surfaces, but will call them first for our carpet needs.

Ability to remove some stains

My floors look wonderful. Kobe B came out and cleaned my carpets and did a great job. They are so bright and beautiful. The first time I had them done by someone else and they looked as if they hadn’t been done at all. I am very pleased with the time Kobe took to make sure they were cleaned properly and explained everything in detail so I understood clearly what to expect. Everyone coming in the house commented on how great the carpets look. Thanks Kobe for a job well done!

Zerorez did a wonderful job in my home. They took before and after pictures of my ducts. I was surprised at how dirty my ducts were. The men who came to my home put up clean barriers and they were very considerate of my property. I would certainly use them again.

Noah did a fabulous job! We spent extra for deodorizing but it didn’t work. The smell is stronger than before. Don’t feel it was worth the extra when dog smell is still very prevalent.

Technicians took time to explain what they were doing and my options. They did a fantastic job and didn’t rush through it. I will ask for them again!
