The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave me the specifics of what the job would entail. I booked an appointment and the technicians texted before they came and were on time. They explained again what services should be performed while never pressuring me into thinking I needed something other than what I wanted. They were very professional and truly nice people.

Excellent cleaner (Angel) He was very respectful, efficient and offered additional services. They also made carpets are dry and I feel comfortable allowing my pets to walk on them. No chemicals is the greatest factor. I have used Zerorez a few times and continue to do so in the future. Thank you!! 😊

Communication, the drivers call beforehand to let you know they are on the way. When I requested to change my appointment the customer service person was warm and efficient and got me rescheduled quickly.

Excellent service from Gabriel and his team. My wife is truly impressed clean , and punctual. Tech even brought our garage cans in that where on the end of the driveway.
