I first heard about Zerorez about 10 years ago while listening to Robbyn Hart of KBCO - iHeart radio. I learned that Zerorez cleans carpets uses a proprietary, electrolyzed, high-alkaline water. They do not use soaps, detergents, or harsh chemicals. This technique breaks down dirt and oils, cleans like a detergent, and leaves behind zero soapy residue.I was so impressed that it has resounded in my mind since. So, recently when my disabled sister needed her carpet cleaned I contracted with Zerorez and was satisfied to learn that Robbyn Hart's advice was absolutely reliable and honest. Until now I had always cleaned my own carpet and absolutely had to have Zerorez clean my carpets which included an area rug and carpeted stairs. I had an incredible experience provided by Cecil the Carpet Cleaning Representative, who was a tremendous example of Zerorez. He recommended the exact cleaning technique and tools necessary to clean my low pile loop carpet. Daniel did a great job cleaning our two stairways and hall but the carpet stayed wet for 17 hours! We did have the furnace fan on all night and ceiling fans but still needed to get out two very big fans to try to get carpet dry at 9:00 am this morning.
