First, the initial call inquiring about cleaning my carpet was nice, the person was friendly and helpful. HIs name was David.
Secondly the technician (Remington) called to give me an estimated time he would be arriving. Thirdly, he knew his job and informed me what he was doing and advised to be very careful, it would be slippery if I walked on it and entered into another room to be careful. He showed me afterwards and wanted me to view the carpet. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. He put on paper boots to protect my other floods . He was a great guy. The company is lucky to have such a person with great work ethic and experience. Thank you

Seems to do a good job without a lot of soap. Will wait to see how long it stays clean looking. Don’t get carpet cleaned often but do have a light color carpet.
