Tyrone knew the specific type of carpet we had in our lower level so he knew how to pre- treat it. He also was so professional and organized in his work.
The carpet on our 2 sets of stairs and around our area rug in the lower level turned out perfect.

All aspects of the ZEROREZ experience went very well from the appt being scheduled to the actual day of the carpet cleaning. The cleaning tech took time to explain each step in their process and was very thorough and careful throughout.

He paid attention to detail and like I said I was just very pleased with the results. There had been an elderly cat that puked in several places and he covered it all and got rid of the smell.
