Easy to schedule and carpets are clean.

First and foremost the carpet is "very" clean after one of your treatments, the technician is knowledgeable, hard working, and very competent, and the carpets are usually dry in 5-8 hours time.

My tech was great! The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because when I called for the quote they told me $234 (4 bedrooms and 12 stairs). The tech said they didn't quote 4 bedrooms and that the closet wasn't included in a bedroom. I did have to make a couple date changes due to the construction crew taking longer than planned so I don't know if something got lost in the shuffle but it was over $300.

The service of not putting so much chemical and wetness that it takes a long time to dry. And my service rep was very knowledgeable which I like to know what is going to happen.

Friendly helpfull scheduler. Able to schedule cleaning quickly - no long waits. Pre-arrival telephone call. Came in the scheduled time. Friendly,, pleasant, capable service provider. Left no messes, nothing out of place. Accurate estimate of drying time. Excellent removal of dirt and pet messes.

I have used Zerorez for years and have been satisfied, but I was really wowed by my last cleaning. My slotted time was between 2:00 - 5:00. The technician called an hour and fifteen minutes before 2:00 and said he could come early if I'd like. Of course, I said! He was very personable and friendly, polite, walked around to see where he was to be cleaning. He asked where I wanted him to start and away he went. I watched as he worked very hard and long on my light beige stairs that take a beating. When the cleaning was completed, he had me walk around and see if there was anything that didn't look good. It was all very clean to my satisfaction. He gave me the usual tipss to help the carpet dry faster and showed me the invoice. I signed it and he left. This was the best cleaning job I've had in many years. I highly recommend Zerorez and will definitelly use them again!

The techs seem to stay a long time, which shows a well managed company. Plus the techs are friendly, efficient and do a thorough job.

Kris Dixon, was our Zerorez Tech. He cleaned my 20 year old carpet and the seats of 7 seriously "gross" dirty dining room chairs.

The carpet was loaded with soil from outside and smelled like dog. Now it looks new and the smell is gone. The chair seats were badly stained and some had mildew. They're now are as clean as the day I bought them.

Kris took the time to make sure the carpet and chairs were truly clean. He did an incredible job, far better than any Zerorez tech that's cleaned my carpets over the years. If you're going to spend the money to get carpets or upholstery cleaned, ask for Kris Dixon to be your technician. He knows what he's doing.
