Our tech was FANTASTIC!!

We have used ZeroRez three consecutive times. First, their cleaning. It is far superior to the many other carpet/area rug companies that we have used over the decades. Second, their protection to interior furniture/wall corners/shoe covers/etc. is fantastic; using molded bumper guards and good old care and caution. Third, their work ethics. The personnel actually call 20-30 minutes before arriving, they do arrive on time, they are very professional and courteous, they advise how long it will take to clean the carpets/area rugs after familiarizing them self's with the scope of work and the degree of dirt and they work straight through without taking breaks. And fourth, the cost is provide up front before they start work, they honor sale flyers, and whether the job consist of carpets, area rugs or fabric chairs/couches; the price is very reasonable!

I’ve never had my furniture thoroughly cleaned before, so I wasn’t sure what would happen.
Everything was calm and smoothly done - no bad surprises.
There was no heavy smell to the cleaning product.
It took an extra couple hours beyond the stated time that the furniture would need to dry.
When we sat in our chairs, I felt a strong sense of joy and peace because they had become new again. I had resolved myself to dirty chairs that would constantly have to be slip-covered.
