Matt, our cleaner, was professional and did a fine job on our carpets. He was knowledgeable and informative when I asked questions about our carpet. He gave me tips to get it dry faster and was efficient with the cleaning. I would have Zerorez and Matt back when I need the next cleaning.

Your product left our carpet so soft and with no residue. The gentleman was absolutely wonderful (Miguel Moraga). He listened to my concerns and was incredibly patient. He did his job great. This young man is a perfect reflection of your company.

The techs were very professional and efficient. They explained the process, were quiet and courteous, as my husband and I work from home, and I appreciate how there was zero smell or residue left on our carpets. We will continue to use zerorez yearly because I can’t imagine a more simple and effective clean!

I like the clean carpets after Zerorez. I noticed that they are softer and stay cleaner longer after Zerorez (barring accidents!); with other cleaning services, the carpet appears to look dirty or dull not too long after cleaning and feel a little ‘crunchy’.
Your technicians, especially Jordan and Taylor, are extremely efficient and helpful with advice while they are here. They are professional, personable and very much appreciated.
