Your technician, Daniel was terrific!!! He was efficient and thorough. As he was putting the cushions back onto the upholstered chair he had cleaned earlier, he noticed a small spot that he didn’t approve of and went back over the spot. Extra effort and happy disposition along with ver clean carpets!!!! Couldn’t ask for more!

I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use a lot of "soap".The hot water along with stain remover, etc., is enough to clean the carpets very well. You can watch the dirty water go as it's being sucked out. We've used Zerorez for years and we wouldn't use anyone else. We're always very satisfied. Technicians are experienced and know what they're doing. Everything is explained. Carpets dry very quickly because they don't leave all that residue and water on your carpet. Great company.

My technician was amazing. He was very kind and explained what services would be best for my situation and was very honest about the limitations of the clean. I had a lot of urine spots in my carpet from my dog, more than I thought. He let me know how much it was going to be to follow his recommendations and I was able to make an informed decision before he started. He put in a lot of work to get my carpet to the best condition possible. It smells and feels so much better. 10/10 would welcome him into my home for more services in the future.

I love that ZeroRez does not use chemical agents. Chemicals build up over time and break down the carpet.
Proof is in the pudding… We’ve used this company for years, so I know what I’m talking about!

We have used this company two times to clean our carpets. By far they are the best and do an amazing job! My mom's house had awful carpets, stained severely by her two dogs. It looked like new carpet after it was cleaned.

Only thing...whatever is quoted to you on the phone, won't be accurate. The price can be $100 higher after they come out and see your house. This happened both times. Luckily, they are so good, I was willing to overlook that.

No order, the person cleaning explained what he was doing, showed a spot that he might not be able to get out. Already recommended to 2 other people.
